Tara Projects, which works in and around Delhi, is a fair trade program for community development and business. TARA enables several hundred artisans who create some of the major handicraft lines of north India to sell their products internationally.

Here's One Story

A young artisan, Aslam, says working with Tara Projects has been good for his family. He said, “We get advance payments. . . and important feedback on many new designs. We [became] aware of the problem of child labor and the importance of education.”
