Say Thanks to the Earth
Earth Day is April 22nd and it's a good time to think about how very fortunate we all are to live on this beautiful blue and green planet.

OUR FAVORITE WAYS TO CELEBRATE EARTH DAY

10.  work in the garden (no chemical pesticides or fertilizers, please!)

9.  clean up trash around the neighborhood park

8.  leave the car in the driveway and ride a bike instead

7.  replace an old lightbulb with a compact florescent bulb

6.  cook a meal with locally grown organic produce - yum!

5.  use a refillable water bottle instead of a disposable plastic bottle

4.  turn off the computer, tv, stereo, ipod, and go outside for some natural fun

3.  mow the lawn with a cordless electric mower

2.  lay in the grass and watch the clouds
